1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of College ERP India or accessing this website, the subscribing college or institute agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Institutional License Grant
EduZenAI Technologies Private Limited grants the subscribing client a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to deploy and utilize the College ERP software suite for its authorized administrative staff, faculty, students, and guardians as governed by their purchased edition (Startup, Premium, or Enterprise).
3. Service Availability & Maintenance
We provide regular security updates and software patches. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to client campus administrators in advance.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
